Below are listed the different sections of Tom's old notes divided up by topic. These notes are about a year older than the ones found at the link above. They're a bit more convenient though.

Take a look at the questions on CertamenNow at this point so you know what doesn't need to be put. Whenever you teach a lesson, input 10 or so questions relating to that day's topic (e.g. on "relationships of the gods" days, put up something like "Who was the wife of Cronus?", "Name 3 Titans"...etc)

Assignment: Make up 3 questions for Latin I mostly about grammar. Possible topics include what case prepositions take, names of uses of cases, pluperfect, perfect, and future tenses, and any other good stuff you remember. Write out all possible answers (if the answer is a sentace, write it in whatever word order you choose).

Assignment: Make up 5 questions for Latin II mostly about grammar. Possible topics include passives of any an tense, participles, names of advanced uses of cases, uses of the subjunctive, and another other fun stuff you remember getting. Write out all possible answers (if the answer is a sentace, write it in whatever word order you choose).
