State Convention Update:

In accordance with guidance from the California Department of Public Health and other state and local authorities, CARCER and CAJCL Convention are canceled and will not be held this year. We regret the necessity of these cancellations and their impact on our extensive preparations throughout the year for Convention as well as on the plans of your delegations. Every year about a month before State convention, CAJCL holds regional finals to determine who will advance to play at states.  Held on the same day, it is actually two events that make up CARCER - one in the north, and one in the south.
